Looking Back

You know, its an amazing thing to be able to look back on saved things that will remain throughout eternity. I just re-read a saved email from Saint Judith Miryam (:)) And new things popped into my head, how it was sent on her feast day, how she talked about Spiritual Motherhood, how she to has a strong liking for St. Therese ((which so to speak just gave me an idea.)) And also how she spoke about Sister Mary Benjamin and the Sandwhich ((which I am tempted to make once I get home and hope your goodness flavors it!))

Oh! And also the fact that when they were on retreat "sitting in the choir stalls for a very long time isnt very comfortable" brought a Camp Vanasek Memory back, from when the sisters gave us talks on various topics and we were sitting on hard (frankly to say) wood benches for at least half hour to 45 minutes.

Then there was a spark of birthday joy! For my 16th Birthday turned out to be a crumby morning, but a great afternoon and evening. But in the last hours of morning before noon, I Received two emails. "You Got A Hallmark E-Card from Sister Judith Miryam!" and "You Have Received A Card!" From Sister Mary Catharine ((Who is Saint Mary Catharine)) ((Which I just realized the card came from www.pauline.org where Sister Donna Jean dwells, and who was the one and her mother who gave me a ride to camp! And that we honestly laughed ourselves off in Burger King and Dairy Queen. And frankly to say sister saw the fear in my eyes when I found out my father would be picking me up after we left camp. She asked if there was anyway it could be re-arranged. To which I replied, "No...I'll go through with it." And I did.))((I love having my contacts!))

And that totally made my knew. I mean I knew God had something in store, but I didnt know what it was.

Do yourself a favor and look back on cards, pictures, memories, writings, good ole' times, emails etc... anything that brought you joy in the past, and it will make all the difference in the world.

Like I brought my electric Guitar with me to my dads and I told him I had one more song to play for him its called "My First Song" and it is, its the song that got me started on being the ((from what I hear)) Great guitarist that I am now. It brought joy back to me.
