True Happiness

True happiness can be found even in the darkest of times......to get there we may have to go through the darkness, because what, "Jesus says to us in the darkness, we are to speak in the light." (Mt. 10:27).

Where can true happiness be found?

Today, I was happy because I didnt have school from last night's storm, even though I am somewhat of a school lover. But later today I found that unappealing to my heart. I missed school today particularly Sign Language I class, and I realized I do have homework to do, just to answer like 8 more questions on an ASL sheet, but I didnt feel quite as happy as I had earlier.

You see, we are given things from others, from God, from "things" that are appealing to our hearts that MAKE us happy, but after a while we get "bored" with it. For example, a guitar, a book, a tv show, the computer, a game system or a board game. I was the happiest teen on earth when I got my guitar two years ago for Christmas from my brother, but I do not hold it and play it with the same happiness as I did when I first got it. I still play it, heck yeah, Dominican Contemporary Style all the way! But I wasnt with peace at it after a while.

Thats the problem with people like you and me today, we DONT know what true happiness is, and we DONT know where to find it. I was telling a Sister the other day (namely Sister Judith Miryam) That I went into my room when my mother nicked the computer from me, closed the door, had a can of Mountain Dew in my hand, sat up against my closet door, and started to pour out and talk to our Lord looking at His picture for at least an hour and a half.

My dear brothers and sisters of this world. There^ is your answer for true happiness, the key that unlocks the heart to make you happy for a very long time without the boredom.

True happiness can be found with, in, through, our Lord Jesus Christ. THERE ONLY True Happiness can be found. Pour out your heart to our beloved Lord, share with Him your joys, sorrows, sufferings and moments of Thanksgiving. Talk to Him like a normal person, it doesnt need to be in a prayer format, it can, but it doesnt have to be, just talk to Him. FOR He will listen to anything you have to say...HE will hear out your words, and in return listen to Him.

Where true happiness can be found: "With, in, through, our Lord Jesus Christ. THERE ONLY True happiness can be found."
