Our Christmas tradition is a little different this year...instead of sleeping in bed while the adults drink wine downstairs, while the kids wait to get formally dressed or semi-formal for the "opening of the gifts" on Christmas Eve, this year everyone is filled with the real ture veritas meaning of Christmas and Advent.
My brother Brandon (for SJM, the one in the picture with me) He, his wife, and their son (my nephew) Braden will be going to Church and then to his wife's parents house. My other brother Bo is doing a thing with his family, -and to show how good God is- Bo's leg was crushed by a pickup truck, on Thanksgiving I saw him since we celebrated at his house, his leg is flat, but it wasnt gross, -this year he was going to be mad if he didnt cut down the tree, so he and his wife (they secretly got married!) and his two daughters and a friend put my brother down on a rolling board, and he layed down in the tree lot and sawed and cut down the tree for Christmas.
My mom and I this year might go to my Church (she is non-catholic) or we will stay home, then Christmas day we are opening our gifts with the family and having a feastive time. But this year will be differernt this year will be one of the best, for THEY have the message in their head, of what Christmas is!
Then I have a surprise for the bros, during new years I might spring the news of my decision of legally changing my last name to my brothers last name. (We had a family disccussion on this and my brothers told my mom about it *since it was their idea*) :)
