Patience

I admit and even accuse myself that patience is very hard particularly when you are hounded by things right after the other when your 1ST wake up! We often lack patience when we are woken up BY someone, we also lack patience in the duties or work/actions we are given that day, sometimes when we sit down someone asks us to do something which causes us to have to get up again and that is a real horrible factor of "lacation" of patience! And its even worse when we dont feel well, like perhaps we have a headache or body aches or are tired and there are other forms and ways

Everything that I just mention is what happened in an HOUR to me.
