The Story

One day Saint Dominic was walking along, he was always a happy man, and always felt "preachful" - he was a little lost and came among a poor fellow. This fellow though was a heretic, and had heard of the popularity Saint Dominic was in Spain. "I need directions..." The heretic was happy to obliged, and told Saint Dominic where he had to go lied beyond the bushes. Dear Dominic followed the bush path, and doing so he felt pain, but was to busy praising the Lord, he was tricked and led into "thorn bushes." His feet were scraped, and very bloody, but he kept walking on, and finally got to the place where he had been longing to go. Thanks be to God!
