What Have You Done For God Today?

13 Days? Yeah its been quite a while. Where in the blue blazes of Holy Cathedrals has the time gone?!?!?

Its gone to a million things I should think, but most of it should have gone to God!

I am still struck by Father Hennen's Homily from LAST Sunday. (Wow...who would think a homily would stay that long.) And like he, I want you to do the same thing;

Take out a sheet of paper, and make two columns, in the left column write down everything that has been given to you, a gift from God.

Ex:

Roof over your head
Food
Health
Transportation
Clothing
Electricity
Water
Good people

And so forth so on.

And in the right column put down what you've done for God in return;

What Did I For God?

Pray???????!??!??!?!


Father also mentions this, he said, "I bet that the column on the right is shorter then the one on the left. So what CAN WE DO for God?"

Example; Charity, taking of care people like the elderly, visiting someone who is very ill. Etc...
